The Raventa Group founded in May 2014 by William Ravenna and Marta Nino Marcos. Raventa have the intention to buy good, small companies with unrealised potential. To help them grow through investment in people, systems, technology and acquisitions appropriate to the individual business.
William Ravenna set up Raventa in 2014 after 19 years at ColorMatrix Europe Ltd., a liquid colourants and specialty chemical company based in Merseyside, UK. William set up ColorMatrix Europe in 1993 with 2 colleagues and grew it into a substantial Merseyside employer and a major global supplier of colourants and additives for plastics around the world. ColorMatrix was sold to PolyOne in 2012.
William has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University in the US, an MBA from Manchester Business School and Diploma from the Institutes of Directors in the UK.
Marta joined Raventa in 2014 after 17 years at ColorMatrix Europe Ltd. Marta held several positions at ColorMatrix Europe including Marketing Manager before leaving to join Raventa.
Marta has a BSc in Economics from Leon University in Spain and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
