Hurst BMB Press Release

Hurst Corporate Finance have advised Raventa Limited on their recent acquisition of BMB Weatherproof Canopies Limited (‘BMB’).

Raventa Limited was established by Marta and Bill Ravenna to acquire a number of successful businesses with growth potential. Marta and Bill were both involved in the establishment and growth of Colormatrix Limited which was sold in 2012.

BMB based in Wallasey manufactures products for the forklift truck industry and bootliners for hatchback cars and was established by its owner Brian Blanchfield in 1989. Raventa plans to accelerate the growth of BMB by supporting it with additional management and financial resource.

Bill Ravenna commented “Marta and I are delighted to have completed the transaction. Following the sale of Colormatrix we have been looking for an opportunity to acquire the right business. We see enormous potential in BMB and look forward to supporting the business’ growth”.
